After co-founding the Law Offices of Hurley & Laird in 1982, Mr. Hurley joined Dowling Aaron Incorporated in 2010 as a shareholder and director after the merger of the two law firms.
Not only has Mr. Hurley been a California lawyer since 1975, he is known as a counselor and a legal problem-solver. Mr. Hurley assists families and businesses who need a reliable relationship with a caring lawyer. After reviewing a client’s situation, he provides guidance for wealth transfers, tax strategies, asset protection plans, and business transactions based upon the client’s goals and objectives.
Mr. Hurley employs a variety of useful and customized plans that have included wills, family trusts, tax trusts, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and S corporations designed uniquely for each client’s situation.
In addition to maintaining an active legal practice, Mr. Hurley has also been involved in a variety of professional and business organizations that include the Tulare County Farm Bureau (member), American Agricultural Law Association (past member), Tulare County Bar Association (past president), Central California Legal Services, Inc. (past president and current director), State Bar of California (lawyer in good standing), and Valley Business Bank (current director).
Additionally, Mr. Hurley has mediated attorney-client fee disputes and trust and estate disputes.
