Melissa E. Webb

Melissa is a Shareholder in the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration Departments. Melissa has been practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration for over 13 years.  Melissa handles a full range of estate planning services including wills, living trusts, durable powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, as well as more sophisticated planning techniques, such as life insurance trusts and qualified personal residence trusts.

Melissa also has extensive experience in the areas of probate and trust administration.  Melissa has taught estate planning and probate courses as an adjunct professor for the paralegal program at Fresno City College.

Melissa grew up in Hanford, California, and graduated from Hanford High School.  Melissa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Summa Cum Laude, from California State University, Fresno, and her Juris Doctor degree, with great distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  Melissa was Articles Editor for the McGeorge Law Review.  While at McGeorge, Melissa was named a member of the Order of the Coif and the Traynor Honor Society.
