Mark is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. His practice encompasses a wide-range of civil litigation matters that include business, contract and property disputes. Mark understands that genuine success for clients comes by pursuing litigation in the most cost-effective manner while not compromising on the enforcement of their rights.
Prior to joining Dowling Aaron Incorporated, Mark attended the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law. While in law school, Mark was a competing member of the moot court honors program and the national moot court team. He also received the American Jurisprudence award in two alternative dispute resolution courses by earning the highest grade in each. During his time at USC, Mark sought to develop his understanding of the legal problems faced by inhabitants of the Central Valley. In particular, he performed extensive research and authored an in-depth study on California’s Sustainable Groundwater Management Act and its legal implications for agricultural water users.
