Jennifer assists clients in all aspects of estate planning, including preparation of living trusts, wills, health care directives and financial powers of attorney. She also assists clients with complex tax planning strategies, including irrevocable life insurance trusts, dynasty trusts, GRATs, QPRTs, charitable trusts and various other wealth transfer techniques. Jennifer handles probates and trust administrations, including the preparation of estate tax returns. She also advises clients with regard to various corporate law and business issues, including entity formation, buy-sell agreements, employment law, intellectual property, real property and the negotiation, preparation and review of various other contracts.
Prior to joining Dowling Aaron, Jennifer was a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis L. Beck, United States Magistrate Judge. She graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland in 1997, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics. Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2000. While in law school, she was a research assistant and a member and Third-Year Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law.
