Greg Blueford, a Salinas native, has been instrumental in the resolution of many wage and hour class action lawsuits in state and federal court. Greg is especially adept at using payroll information to determine the potential exposure that clients may face in these types of lawsuits. Greg develops an exposure platform to efficiently assess, and potentially save clients money in wage and hour damages, penalties and litigation costs. In addition, Greg has defended clients against Department of Labor investigations in both California and Arizona. Most days, Greg provides clients with general guidance and advice on the best practices for compliance with the ever-changing California Labor Code.

Greg began his employment law and litigation career as a Golden Gate University School of law student. While attending there, he second-chaired a protracted sexual harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation trial in which his client was victorious. In addition, Greg gained a wide variety of legal experience including clerking at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and with Prisoner Legal Services. His favorite experience was working with a clinic assisting United States military veterans and their families.
